Group Term Lesson

Once you have been booked into a Term, we consider this a commitment to purchase the whole term, whether you attend all, some or none of the lessons in that term.

If you miss a lesson or can't come for any reason we do NOT offer refunds of any sort

 

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not offer any of the following if you miss or cancel an individual lesson or the whole term:

• a refund,

• a reschedule

• credit towards another lesson

• a lesson carried over to another term.​

If you cannot make a lesson, we (and the pony) would be grateful if you could give us notice as it means our ponies aren't standing around waiting for you. Please email any cancellations to info@hitchmoughs.ie

In the interest of fairness to people on our waiting list, if you consistently fail to make your lesson, for whatever reason, we will, unfortunately, have to offer your space to someone else on the waitlist

Pay As You Go (PAYG) Group or Private Lessons

For Pay as You Go group or Private Lessons, if you cancel 48 hours before your lesson we are happy to give a full refund. Within 48 hours, you will be charged the full amount of your lesson
